Dog Training - Positive Reinforcement

Reinforcement Method. The normal time frame for this is between seven to ten days. The dog will be taught the (5) five major commands in obedience which are:

• HEEL
• SIT
• DOWN
• STAY
• COME

The "No" command is also installed in the dog as a helpful command word. So as to limit the use of the leash as much as possible, all of this is training is followed by the Positive Reinforcement Method — letting your dog know just how good he/she is doing, as well as affirming affection to your pet. After we have trained your dog, we then put your dog through a full range of behavior modification. As part of the dog training, we also put your dog into everyday situations to help overcome any fears and to help the dog understand what your needs are as well as what you are expecting from your pet.
